Framed Mirror

Dreaming of framing or re-framing rather our bathroom mirror. The previous owners slapped some baseboard up around it & called it "framed." Uh - no. I've seen many tutorials from other crafty folks, but here are the two I could see myself trying:

House of Smith's tutorial HERE - LOVE that she didn't have to use nails. Don't know if the old hubb-o will go for that. Or the one above is HERE from Show & Tell. Lovin' the thick black frame! These are 2 crafty ladies with impeccable taste!
